- It is responsibility of parents to read discipline charter of students as well as parents. If your child broke discipline in school then you are also responsible for that such act done by your child.
- At the time of entry in school mark your entry at School Main Gate (Gate No-1). At enter purpose of visit at Visitor Book. If your visit purpose is “Leave of your ward from school” than Fill up form named: - “Leave From School” which is available at gate (it is compulsory to fill if you want to take your child from school and also a copy in student dairy), Fill it and deposit it at office after sanction leave to your child Deposit it’s Gate copy at Gate and Gate Security will allow to take your child with you (it is for your child’s safety please don’t argue with staff.
- All of us have shortage of time, so in spite reminder of fee deposit from school. It is your own responsibility to deposit fee on time and make sure you have a proper receipt by school Fee deposit counter.
- Entry without permission in classrooms is prohibited for each and every one, Pick up your child from Pickup and Drop Area.
- For Transport keep Contact no of Driver and make sure you keep watch on GPS System maintain by school for your help. On the route time, 1-1 minute is precocious. It is very difficult to wait, Keep your child ready before Bus/Van reach at your destination. Kindly don’t stop school Van/Bus/Vehicle without any reason. It is strictly prohibited to stop school vehicle and meet a child (for any purpose) by parents and their relativ
- Check Note book and Dairy of your child daily. Make sure that the homework should be done.
- All note books and books should be covered with book covers properly and make sure Identity (Admission Number) stamp (which is provided by school) on all his/her belongings and each page of book/copy, this act provide safety and stop habit to tear off pages
- Regular check update and notification on School Portal/website/whatsApp and diary of your child daily. Keep update on school Information System which is maintained by school, every update is available on this system.
- Make sure that your child should wear I-Card which is provide by school on nominal charges. Each card has a unique number so take care of this card. School also provide I-Card to parents as well as students, for security purpose bring it with you, it is very easy to identify with your card.
- If parents take away their ward from school (on leave) must carry any i-Card i.e. i-card issue to parents from school, UID card, Voter Card, Driving Card, along with you and must enter number of their i-card on Application
- Take care that Teachers are the second parents of children. So, at the time of talking with Teachers you should be polite and calm don’t use unparliamentarily language for anyone.
